利用規約および個人情報保護方針（プライバシーポリシー）改定のお知らせ/Notice of Revision of Terms of Use and Privacy Policy

平素よりアトラスサービスをご利用いただき、誠にありがとうございます。
当社は、2026年10月8日付で、当社サービスをご利用いただく際の「アトラス共通利用規約」および「個人情報保護方針および個人情報の取り扱い」を改定いたします。
主な変更点は、パスキー認証機能の導入に伴う「アカウントおよび認証情報の管理」や個人情報の利用目的等に関する規定の変更・明確化です。
詳細は以下の通りです。

■ アトラス共通利用規約
第3条 IDおよびパスワードの管理等（変更後の名称：第3条 アカウントおよび認証情報等の管理等）
パスキー認証の導入に伴い、管理対象として「認証用デバイスおよび認証情報（パスキー、生体認証情報等）」を追加し、アカウントおよび認証情報等の管理責任、ならびに不正利用時の帰責に関する規定を整理・明確化いたしました。
第8条 禁止事項
認証情報の変更に伴い、パスキーや生体認証情報等を含む認証情報等の不正使用、および第三者への提供・譲渡等に関する禁止行為の範囲を明確化いたしました。
■ 個人情報保護方針および個人情報の取り扱い
【お客様に関する個人情報の利用目的】の変更・追加
当社サービスにおける本人確認、利用者認証（パスキー認証を含みます）、アカウントの管理および不正アクセスその他不正利用の防止等を目的として個人情報を利用する旨を明記いたしました。
また、パスキー認証において利用される生体認証情報（指紋・顔認証等）はお客様の端末内でのみ処理され、当社では取得・保持しないこと、および当社が取得・保持する認証情報（公開鍵等）の取り扱いについて追記いたしました。

Thank you for your continued use of the Atlas service.
We are writing to inform you that we will be revising the "Atlas Common Terms of Use" and our "Privacy Policy and Handling of Personal Information" for our service, effective Month XX, 2026.
The main changes involve updates and clarifications regarding provisions for account and authentication management, as well as the purpose of use for personal information, following the introduction of the Passkey Authentication Feature.
Details of the revision are as follows:

2. Key Revisions
■ Atlas Common Terms of Use
Article 3 Management of the ID and password (Revised Title: Article 3 Management of Account and Authentication Information, etc.)
With the introduction of passkey authentication, we have updated the scope of manageable credentials to include "authentication devices and authentication information (including, but not limited to, passkeys and biometric information)." We have also clarified the provisions regarding users' responsibilities for managing their account and authentication information, as well as the rules regarding unauthorized use.
Article 8 Prohibitions
In line with the updates to authentication methods, we have clarified the scope of prohibited actions regarding the unauthorized use, lending, transfer, or provision of authentication information (including passkeys and biometric information) to third parties.
We have established new provisions regarding the terms of use, ownership and intellectual property rights, and disclaimer provisions for the new feature that utilizes AI to assist in program management.
■ Privacy Policy and Handling of Personal Information
Revision / Addition to "Purposes of use of personal information related to customers"
We have explicitly stated that personal information will be used for identity verification, user authentication (including passkey authentication), account management, and the prevention of unauthorized access and other unauthorized use of Atlas services.
Additionally, we have added provisions clarifying that biometric authentication information (such as fingerprints or facial recognition) used in passkey authentication is processed solely within the customer's device and is not collected or retained by Atlas, as well as how Atlas handles authentication information (such as public keys) that it does collect and retain.
