利用規約改定のお知らせ/Notice of Revision of Terms of Use

平素よりアトラスサービスをご利用いただき、誠にありがとうございます。
当社は、2026年5月11日付で、「Confit」をご利用いただく際の「Confit利用規約」を改定いたします。
主な変更点は、新しくリリースされるAIを用いたプログラム編成支援機能「編成サポートAI」に関する規定の追加です。
詳細は以下の通りです。

第4条 プログラム編成支援AI機能 の追加
新機能であるAIを用いたプログラム編成支援機能「編成サポートAI」について、その利用条件、権利帰属、および免責事項に関する条項を新設しました。

We are writing to inform you that we will be revising the "Confit Terms of Use" for our "Confit" service, effective May 11, 2026.
The main change is the addition of provisions related to the newly released "Session Builder AI+."
Details of the revision are as follows:

Addition of Article 4 (AI-Assisted Program Management Feature)
We have established new provisions regarding the terms of use, ownership and intellectual property rights, and disclaimer provisions for the new feature that utilizes AI to assist in program management.

- By continuing to use the service on or after the effective date, you will be deemed to have agreed to the revised Terms of Use.
