利用規約改定のお知らせ/Notice of Revision of Terms of Use

平素よりアトラスサービスをご利用いただき、誠にありがとうございます。
この度、アトラスが提供するサービス「Confit」と「SMOOSY」において、共通アカウント「A-Pass（旧Confitアカウント）」によるログイン機能をリリースいたしました。
これに伴い、2024年12月24日付で、A-Pass（旧Confitアカウント）をご利用いただく際の「Confit利用規約」および「SMOOSY利用規約」を改定いたします。
主な変更点は以下のとおりです。
- A-PassでログインできるConfitの利用規約とSMOOSYの利用規約を統合し、「アトラス共通利用規約」に変更します。
- 「アトラス共通利用規約」は、当社が提供するA-Pass（旧Confitアカウント）でログインできるConfitとSMOOSYについて、共通して適用される利用条件となります。この規約に加えて、共通利用規約に定める個別利用条件として各サービスの利用規約が適用されます。
改定後のアトラス共通利用規約、Confit利用規約、SMOOSY利用規約は以下のとおりです。

Thank you for your continued use of the Atlas service.
We are pleased to announce the release of a new login feature for our services "Confit" and "SMOOSY," which allows users to access both with a single account, "A-Pass" (formerly Confit Account).
In line with this update, the "Confit Terms of Service" and "SMOOSY Terms of Service" will be revised, effective December 24, 2024.
The main changes are as follows:
- The Confit Terms of Service and SMOOSY Terms of Service will be consolidated into a single "Atlas Common Terms of Service.”
- The "Atlas Common Terms of Service" will serve as unified terms for both Confit and SMOOSY, accessible via A-Pass. In addition to these common terms, the specific terms of service for each individual service will also apply.
The revised Atlas Common Terms of Use, Confit Terms of Use, and SMOOSY Terms of Use are as follows.
